Fantastic hotel, clean and spacious. Nice warm welcome. Really comfortable with luxurious rooms with sea views. We stayed for 2 nights. Great place for a break. A big thank you to Rachel and her staff. Very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning again.
I don't normally write reviews but I just want to say how lovely the owners/staff are here! Few small issues in the first room and not enough space with travel cot but without hesitation they moved us to a family sea view room. Room was clean and cosy. They also went above and beyond and found me a spare dummy in the middle of the night for my little one who would just not settle the night (shops were shut and it was a sunday) . Thanks so much for your kindness and making our stay pleasant. Stacey
Before we arrived I have seen the bad reviews but honestly take no notice our two rooms were fine rooms if anything were to hot ( not cold ) no problems with staff attitude at all x they are in the middle of refurbishing I think once it's finished will be great thank you for our stay
We went to stay for 2 nights while in Blackpool don’t pay attention to the bad reviews they are all wrong people idk on the negatives like dirty windows and stains but in all honesty the staff were amazing and so kind, the room was beautiful and spotless and the beds were really comfy, we had free WiFi that was super fast and the staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them, the view is beautiful and so is the location the only flaws really was I will be honest the tv does glitch but that’s mainly because of the signal with the wind blowing, the shower that was a bit dodgy and the heater that didn’t work but other than that it’s a lovely place and we will probably be staying again don’t judge a book by it’s cover this hotel is not a bad place :) Thank you Starlux hotel Regards Kelly and Family
Great location, room was clean and spacious for the price. Lift was broken so we struggle a bit but this can't be helped
Hotel staff were very friendly and gave us a lovely warm welcome, linzy went above an beyond for our stay and had wonderful customer service even shown us to our room. The breakfast was lovely. We also had a few drinks at the bar. Would definitely stay again and I highly recommend to anyone. Thankyou xx
Ignore the bad reviews. My son has special needs the manager booked us in early to save him a melt down all while smiling. It is under refurbishment but still very good compared to many places in Blackpool. Great location perfect distance from everything a family needs. Will be staying again.
There was a refurbishment ongoing but the room we stayed in was good. The view is excellent. From the front.
